Price policy

• Prices are for the whole property per day in Euros
• A tourist tax and all other relevant fees (except general cleaning) and taxes are included in the price

Reservation policy

• A deposit of 25% is required when the booking is made. The 75% balance will need to be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
• All payments are done via bank transfer. Our account details will be provided after receiving your reservation request.
• Guests should vacate no later than 10 a.m. and arrive no earlier than 4 p.m.
• Minimum stay is 3 nights

Cancellation Policy

• Please cancel 90 days in advance of arrival. Reservations cancelled 90 days prior arrival are fully refundable.
• Cancellation up to 8 weeks before arrival, deposits on reservations are non-refundable.
• 0-8 weeks before arrival – no refound.
